Today, the tenth annual exhibition of traditional crafts and trade begins in the market of At-Katara in Al-Ain, organized by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Abu Dhabi. The exhibition will last until November 17 and is held within the framework of the preservation of the cultural heritage of the United Arab Emirates and the transfer of skills and knowledge related to traditional crafts, following the principle of attracting attention to them for ensuring their transmission to future generations.

The president of the department, Mukhammed Khalifa Al-Mubarak, noted: "Today, we commemorate the tenth anniversary of the exhibition of traditional crafts, reaffirming our commitment to preserve our cultural heritage, which is rich in legacy, and also to preserve traditional practices and crafts aimed at strengthening the sense of pride and belonging among the youth and ensuring their long-term survival for future generations."

The exhibition features traditional craftsmen, as well as state organizations and institutions engaged in the preservation and development of crafts and traditional trades. This year's exhibition presents a rich program of traditional folkloric and craft demonstrations, interactive entertainment for adults, competitions, and educational masterclasses on cultural heritage for the youth.

The market showcases various traditional crafts, accessories for falconry, and Arabic coffee.
